Q: How do I list my item?

A:

1. You must first Register
2. Then Login
3. Then go to the Listings page, and follow the prompts.

Q: How do I remove or amend my listing?

A:

1. Copy and paste Item Id (eg: 123456abc), which is found at the bottom of your listing
2. Go to Amend / Remove listing
3. Select whether you want to remove or amend
4. Put in EXACT name you listed with
5. Select listing type, eg: general or community
6. Submit

Q: What are Postcode Trading Credits

A: Postcode Trading Credits - This unique system allows you to list your item for any number of weeks, and once that listing is sold or no longer required you can remove your listing and receive CREDIT for the unused weeks!! Similarily you can opt to pay for more weeks than required to keep your credits up for future listings, that way reducing the number of times you have to use your credit card or pay in person.

Please note, that credits will NOT be issued for removed Business listings.

Q:How do I copy and paste?

A:

1. Go press and drag mouse with index(left,pointer) finger over area/word you want to copy, this will highlight area.
2. Release
3. Immediately press right side of mouse over the highlighted area, release and select "Copy"
4. Go to the area where you want to put your selected text, press index/left finger on mouse, then right finger, and select "Paste" Voila!!!

Q: How do I upload a photo?

A:

1. Once on the listings page (either community or general)
2. Click the "browse" button
3. Within the little box that pops up, search for your image
4. Highlight it
5. Click open or select or whatever is required in the little box
6. Thats it, click submit if you have finished your listing
7. There is no need to reduce the size of your image as our pages do it automatically

Q: How do I receive credit for unused weeks?

A: If you remove your listing and there is a week or more duration time left on it, that time (one week = one dollar) will automatically be credited to your Postcode Trading account. So the next time you list an item, the credited amount will show on the listing page and be added to whatever duration time you select.

Q: How do I amend or remove my login registration details?

A: Once you login, you will see a link at the top of the page "Amend/Remove Registration", that will take you to the relevant page.

Q: How do I view/re-activate my old listings?

A: After you login, you will see all your current active listings plus inactive listings. Inactive listings are kept for ONE month. These inactive listings can then be activated again by clicking the Item Id which will take you to the amend page where you can then reactivate by adding weeks to your listing.
